How much vit D in FCLO?

On the label it just says 150% of the daily recommended value. I find it odd that it is listed that way, instead of as IU. Does anyony know how much vit Di s actally in a serving??

Mine does too, I have the Butter Oil/FCLO blend. I looked at Dr. Ron's site and the bottom of the page has some info, maybe you can figure it out from that:

I believe the recommended daily intake for vitamin D for adults is 400 IU. Therefore, the dose would contain 600 IU.

My bottle of Blue Ice FCLO (chocolate flavor) says:

dose 1/2 tsp

vitamin D: 230% of daily value
vitamin A: 90% of daily value

"Nutrient assays, including vitamins A and D, for our DV fermented oils vary widely depending on methodology, lab and batch. Current science struggles to answer the questions we have on our sacred fermented foods. There are many naturaly occurring metabolites and co-factors that make the issue of measuring natural nutrients difficult in the fermented oils."

So basically, they have no idea how much D and A are in their FCLO, but they randomly decided to label it as having 230% the DV of vitamin D and 90% the DV of vitamin A.

Because the fermented CLO is a "food" and not a "supplement" they are not allowed to label with IU, etc.

Here's a page to help you with the conversion:

Therefore a serving of FCLO would have 600IU. Hope this helps

Thanks! So would that mean a 1/2 tsp dose would also contain 4500 UI of A? Did I do the math right?
