At our Y, you can buy a program membership (about $30? a year) and pay a slightly higher fee for classes if you don't want to become a regular member.

I am looking into starting a class through my Y with my 12 month old. I think she will love it. I did this with ds1 and he had a lot of fun with it. I just have to figure out what to do with the boys so I can take dd to classes.
