ovulation and timing it right....

I have a quick question ... how long prior to ovulation can sperm live? Say you DTD on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday but didn't ovulate until the following Tuesday ... is there any chance that you could conceive that month? What if you DTD after you felt ovulation pains ... like 10 hours later? I should know this but when we TTC in the past we were doing every day or every other day so there was no timing issue...

Sperm can live up to five days under ideal conditions. Friday's swimmers may have caught the egg.

I would definately BD again tonight! Especially if you think you're O'ing today! I've always heard that O pains aren't necessarily meaning you O'd already or will O, it's different for everyone...so, it very well may not be too late!

Baby dust!!!!!
