Anyone ever live or living in Bogota?

I am interviewing for a school there called The English School. They seem really nice and very keen, but I am wondering what life is really like in Bogota and whether one can live there on 2500 dollars a month and can you really get a nice three bedroom house/apartment for 600 USD a month?

Rebekah, this is probably too late of a response! we are currently living in bogota  too, my husband is a teacher at another bilingual school here. Are you here? if you are would love to get in touch!
