We have a tiny, window-less bathroom. I hate just using a towel once, but if I hang up a towel in there it stays damp and then gets smelly. It is rainy out so I cant hang it outside. Any ideas?

What other things are you doing/not doing to help with moisture in there? Do you have a bath fan that vents outside? (You really should, esp with no window) Are you using it? Do you wipe down/squeegee the shower walls when you're done? All those things will help some.
What is your source of heat in there? Our towels hang over the heat vent, which helps with the drying. Not an uncommon place to put the towel bars, if that works for you.
Make sure you're spreading the towels as thin as possible to help things along. The only other suggestion I can make is to find towels that dry more quickly, like synthetic ones (ick) or cotton waffle spa towels. You don't need a super thick towel to get dry. Oh, and if you have long hair, get as much water out of it after you wash it as you can, before you get out of the shower, rather than depositing it onto the towel. Sopping wet towels just don't stand a chance, even in my dry climate.

Honestly our towels are not often hung up in the bathroom after use anyway. They usually go in our bedroom (since that's where we wear them to in order to get dressed). Also, rather than hooks we have a habit of hanging them over the top of the door to the room or closet doors. I may be imagining it but I think they are spread out more that way and they dry out faster.

As an aside, we used to hang our towels over the top of our doors, but we found the moisture started causing issues w/ the paint and the wood, so now we use hooks on the backs of doors. The hooks tend to keep the towels slightly suspended from the door.
