Does anyone know of a protein/low carb balanced liquid nutrition drink for weight loss that doesn't use artificial sweeteners, and even better, doesn't contain soy or wheat or peanuts? And that you can drink instead of preparing meals?

I wonder if I could add whey powder to green smoothies to make it more complete, and some kind of fat.
I'm looking for a lazy way to lose a little weight
I'm terrible at meal planning, always run out of the right foods, and end up eating whatever is available. I wish I could have Science Diet in little cans and never have to plan a meal again. I have no trouble sticking to a diet if the foods are premeasured and readily available. I also have numerous food allergies which makes eating things like Weight Watchers frozen dinners impossible.

Hemp protein powder has a great nutritional profile, and is a perfect add-in for green or fruit smoothies. Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but maybe worth checking out. The kind I have is not sweetened at all.

Bob's Red Mill also does a hemp powder.
While I was doing the stevia-sweetened whey powder, I decided to go back to real food, and I am doing fruit smoothies in the AM with yogurt and hemp. I'm working out pretty hard 6-7 days a week, so I'm not too worried about the natural sugars in this. And I feel really good getting my fruits.
