27 weeks- trying to keep blood pressure down Q about herbs

My blood pressure has gone up a bit (it's never been fantastically low or anything, but my first prenatal reading was about 120/80 and now they are 13x/8x or higher for the first reading or two) and while I know that I have definitely got white coat hypertension, I had a reading when I had a bad day and saw my midwife that was as high as 156/92 and she freaked out and told me to go right back to my GP who should send me to an OB.

Anyways, my GP (who is my baby doctor) wasn't that concerned but I really don't want to be risked out of the midwife or have to be put on meds.

Neither of them care HOW I keep my BP down and I have been taking tea:
2x/day I have a tea made of 20 drops milk thistle tincture, 1 bag dandelion root, 1 bag nettle, 1 bag red raspberry leaf (all prepackaged tea bags I've brewed according to medicinal instructions on the package).
Is this okay to take at my point in preg?
Am I taking enough? too much?
since I am almost out of the tea bags, would it be better to go to a herbalist and pay the big bucks for the fresh dried stuff?

Any other suggestions? I go to yoga 1x/week but unfortunately it usually aggravates my headaches (I've always suffered from them, and they've been coming and going throughout preg) so I am not sure about doing more but I am trying to work myself up to go swimming now that it's getting warmer out. I do love my warm baths almost every night and use epsom salts with them. I also take cal/mag nightly but more mag than what's in those supplements seems to give me the runs.

I am taking readings at home and go back to my midwife this Thurs and my GP on Mon to show them my readings and make sure my machine is calibrated to my GP so they will trust me to take my own readings. They seem accurately matched to what I get when I use the drug store machines. It runs from 118/7x to 138/86, though if it's as high as 138/86 it will almost always drop over a few readings (sitting for a while I think).

I've been reading a lot on PIH because I have borderline HBP to start with and it goes a bit higher in pregnancy.

While researching the Brewer's Diet, I came across this article about diuretic herbs. It really makes sense so thought I'd pass it on.

I'd up your water to as much as you can. Up your protein and make sure to salt your food to taste. You need salt in pregnancy to support the increased blood volume, despite all the old wives tales.

That is really interesting- I had no idea that dandelion and nettle are diuretic. Quite disturbing, really. I am trying to up my fluid intake already and include more protein. I will not up my tea intake... but not sure if I should reduce it. Argh!
