As far as I've read, there aren't any that have been deemed food-safe. Coated nylons have chemicals in them that are unsafe to ingest and the manufacturer of PUL states on their website that it hasn't been tested for food safety; the waterproof laminate is polyurethane.
Ziplock bags are FDA approved for food safety, I've seen a few sandwich wraps made with a layer of woven cotton print and a cut-up Ziplock sewn inside. One blog I saw had been using the wrap made this way for over a year and it was still functional. For little snack pouches I've been considering using a heavier natural fabric by itself. It wouldn't be waterproof but I guess carrots, grapes and apple slices would be all right.
