Help with using/choosing Arnica

I'm a couple weeks postpartum and still sore, but I think the ibuprofen is hurting my stomach. I want to try something else....maybe Arnica....but I don't know what kind to get and what dosage to take. ...and I don't understand the different numbers (strengths?) I'm thinking I want to take it in tablet or pellet form.

I'd probably start with 30C. You can take it multiple times a day. Generally the first day people do better taking it every half hour for about 6 doses and then spacing it to 3-4 times a day.

When you say sore...can you elaborate? Arnica is a good choice, but often bellis p. is better. Also, are you taking any magnesium for after pains? Many have great success with that. You can look at mag phos tissue salts or something like naturalcalm. Just start slow if you go with naturalcalm-post partum I think it's better to do divided doses rather than a single shot.

I've got not tips about arnica (other than to say it's really great and I used an arnica/ibuprofen combo postpartum.) but I just wanted to make sure you know you HAVE to take the ibuprofen with food in your stomach. It can cause terrible stomach damage otherwise.
