Is this triphasic?

Hi all-
I am pretty new to charting, and this is our first month really TTC. The last 3 or 4 months I've charted just to confirm ovulation, so I've never really gone beyond the 3 DPO needed to confirm.

Here's my chart.

Yesterday was DPO 5, and I seem to have a pretty big thermal shift. Is this what is meant by triphasic?

Thanks for the help in advance!

i dont think this one coud be called triphasic yet. triphasic charts show that second increase around 8-10dpo (after implantation causes progesterone to go up even higher,) and usually the temps are closer to 99. and not all triphasic charts are pg charts, although it is a good sign. good luck!

Yea, I agree. My chart kinda looks like that every month (with a big drop in temp around 7-8 dpo).

What you are seeing is the idea of triphastic, but like the others said, triphastic doesn't always mean pregnancy either...some women have triphastic month after month. And, in your chart, I think it would be too early to really call triphastic too.

But, that's the idea...you see the thermal shift at O, then again at implantation, which is 6-10 days after O. (or 7-12 depending on where you get the info!)
