Hello,
We just got back from my sons 15 month well child visit and the doctor said that his testicles were two different sizes--he couldn't say for sure if one was smaller than normal or other was larger than normal. He would like us to have an ultrasound to see if maybe one testicle is dead or if there is anything abnormal.
Does anyone have any experience like this--with a dead testicle (due to torsion or something) or abnormal testicles? I'm just looking for information--he didn't seem to think it was caused by fluid or anything, and my son doesn't seem to have any pain. The Ped wasn't sure if he'd just not found it before because his testicles were just both small as an infant and now one has grown while the other hasn't...
TIA!
