Evening rountine help-dinner and bedtime

What time should we have dinner if we want bedtime to be between 8 and 8:30? Maybe 6:00?

i think that 6 is a good time. that way you have time for playing, bathing, etc. before bedtime. we usually eat lunch between 11:30-12:30, so we're usually hungry by 5-5:30. if dh is working late and it's just ds & me we might eat that early and then i would offer a healthy snack closer to bedtime.
