If they don't give you another one they can look up your account using your phone number.

You're having a day, aren't you?

One Girl, they told me they can't look it up because the teacher discount cards aren't computerized like the regular Borders cards, at least not at our store.

Abimommy, I'm sure if you ask they will.

As homeschoolers, we qualify for teacher's discount cards at many businesses. Borders bookstore is one of them. You can also get discount cards at Barnes & Noble, JoAnn Fabrics, A.C. Moore Stores, Staples, Office Max. I'm sure the list goes on and on. You can save anywhere from 10% to 25% with the discount cards. Staples gives free shipping with the card. Office Max has free laminating for teachers. Every homeschooler should have one.

Usually you need a letter of intent or something from the school district that says you are homeschooling. In NJ we don't have any of these things but they will accept a homeschool id card which you can get free online from Homeschool Buyers Club.

Wow! I didn't know we could get discounts for homeschooling. Free lamination, I'll have to look into that!
