Get charcoal stain out of microfiber?

There are charcoal smudges/stains on my microfiber/microsuede couch... it's a long story. Does anyone know how to get them out? TIA!

Have you tried just a mmild soap and water?? That's what we use on our microfiber sofa and we've found it gets out pretty much anything.

when my son gets ink stains on ours ( which by the way is cream color! What was I thinking??) I have used rubbing alcohol and it came right off and didnt leave the "water marks".
