need help! cooking liver..

my vet recommended i give my cat liver. i bought some organic lamb's liver yesterday at my monthly meat order.... but have no clue how to cook it. help?

Your cat should eat it raw, not cooked. You also might want to post in the pet section

the vet told me to cook it. he said since she had been eating cooked food for 15 years and is having liver and digestion issues, it should be cooked.
