Anyone want to join me? I've fallen away from my daily practice in recent years and I want to a series of sun salutations daily to bring me back. I do a set of 4 rounds, one to the North, South, East, West. This takes me a mere 10 minutes a day and I don't even have to bring out my mat for it. I'm at 2 days in a row now. 
In my series I do:
I do this without the back bend at the end.
I'm thinking of adding a Warrior pose in there in the future and maybe on other pose. Which ones do you do?

I've been doing them here and there. I actually would like to practice yoga more. I have a friend who inspired me because she reminded me you don't have to devote an hour all by yourself somewhere. I have been just practicing poses wherever whenever and it feels good. My kids actually like to do it along with me. I think it's good for them too with dance and gymnastics to be better balanced.
