Depending on how much work you want to put into this, you can try to speak with your local or state representative about this matter. Also, when is the judge up for re-election? Most judges are elected positions that no one cares about so once you are in you stay in (at least around here.) Or, if this is a pattern with a certain judge, perhaps an anonymous news tip to an investigative journalist.....
