I need natural, safe, possibly non lethal pest control! quick, help me! the ants are everywhere.... aaaggh....

Mix vinegar and water 50/50. Spray or apply with a wash cloth along their trail and especially where they're coming in...

Diatomaceous earth (a powder of fossilized diatoms) is awesome stuff, food grade and lethal to anything with an exoskeleton, especially ants and roaches. You can sweep it under baseboards and around your exterior walls. And of course be extra sure to rinse dishes and seal foods. I keep all my flour in the fridge just to be sure too.
