This evening I saw a small greyish spot near the gumline on my dd's (16 months) lower, next to middle, tooth! Yikes! I don't know what to do now. She won't let me get a clear still look at it, but I'm fearing the worse. We brush once a day (usually)... I'm feeling so worried and guilty.
So, should I take her to our ped. or dentist? What teeth care routine should we be on now? She still nurses frequently (night and day)... 5-6 times a night.
