1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act

Really enjoyed this article and wanted to share it. Sums up how I feel about the 1986 law and how it has completely changed history in regards to the CDC "official schedule" that continues to get bigger, and bigger, and bigger... with no end in sight. Honestly sometimes I feel like the balloon has to burst someday, surely they can't get away with this forever!

The 1986 law was really enacted to save the existing vaccine program from collapsing.

At the time, the CDC's official schedule included 10 total vaccines that children were recommended to receive by the age of 5.

And yet, as we all know, the passing of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986 was a watershed moment for the vaccine industry, unleashing two decades of escalating vaccine mandates, culminating in the bloated, 36 shot schedule we have today for kids under 5.

It's amazing that that law which was passed was supposed to protect the consumers.

The idea came from a good place.....Vaccine manufacturers were threathening to stop making vaccines because of the $ they were paying out as a result of lawsuits. So this law passed which was supposed to displace that responsibility onto an impartial party with the $ coming from taxpayers essentially. Then families seeking damages would be covered and the companies would keep making the vaccines (this of course was coming from the mindset that vaccines are absolutely essential to public health and to preventing disease and death....NOT having them made was not an option.

Unfortunately this law, which was supposed to make it a win win situation for all involved has morphed into something else entirely and has allowed big phama to get out of control

recently found this.....sums it up nicely

It's ludicrous for anyone to believe that a government-run court deciding claims against a government-run program, would ever find fault and liability against themselves. This is especially so now that the autism epidemic has hit an all-time high with 1 in 100 children being affected. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is tantamount to putting mice in charge of overseeing the cheese.
