Anyone with PCOS taking progesterone to balance estrogen?

I am looking for information on how I can use progesterone products to balance the estrogen dominance caused by PCOS. I am having some chronic severe estrogen dominance breakthrough bleeding but want to avoid the pill.

I was thinking of trying one of those otc progesterone creams but have no idea how to start it/ how much to apply/how often or if it's a good idea.

Anyone?

I found this link but how do I determine the last 2 weeks of my cycle???

BUMP.

I have PCOS it sucks.I was wondering about the Progestorone. It sounds like a good thing to have. Most Pcos symptoms sound like low progest symptoms.

I am also wondering if anyone with Pcos has used DIM or D Chiro Inositol?

I have been taking evening primrose oil to help with progesterone. It doesn't seem to be helping though. PCOS sucks!

(Heading to bed.) But basically, you need to balance all the hormones, cortisol and stress is a critical one. Saliva testing is beneficial. Gut healing helps.

search my name and "hormones" for more info.
