Promoting cd to new moms?

I am a postpartum doula, and I find my clients (a lot of them, at least) actually listen to what I have to say and some are much more open-minded about cloth diapering than I'd have expected!

So what are some good resources for REALLY simple, basic, cd info, and what are some good diaper brands/sites for intro to cd? I could even include a fairly inexpensive cloth diaper in my new mama gift basket...

I don't have my own kiddos so I only know about it peripherally from my very very experienced cd friends!

could you maybe get a basic variety of dipes to carry around and show/ explain to your clients? then maybe provide a packet with care instructions, different sites to buy from, and an explanation of the different types of diapers and different accessories and what they are used for.
