How long can I keep bone broth in the fridge before it goes bad? At what point can I re-boil and then store it again for a bit longer? How long does it need to cook for to be safe?

NT says 5 days in fridge, longer if reboiled and a few months in the freezer.

So if I have some that's been in the fridge for over a week it's probably time to toss it?

Hmm, I've used bone broth after 5 days in the fridge I had read that about a week and then reboil. I've also read that when it goes bad it's not something you can miss

I know I've seen people mention it can last quite a while if the fat on stop sort of seals it.
