Please suggest a less flavoured oil.

We keep EVOO, coconut oil, butter and lard in our house, but DH finds the EVOO a bit to peppery and strong in my homemade mayo. Any suggestions for a less flavoured healthful oil that I could use instead?

What about a nut oil? I'd like to avoid soy and corn oils definitely.

how about sunflower oil? It's very tasteless.

Walnut oil is good too.

i don't know how it compares health-benifits wise, but my DH hates unrefined coconut oil and so for him I buy the refined coconut oil. it doesn't have that coconut-ty taste or smell when it's cooking, plus it has a higher smoke point.

I have some refined palm oil that we use for cooking sometimes. It's tasteless and odorless, and stable at moderate temperatures, but you couldn't use it for something like deep-frying, of course. It's refined, of course, but it's a saturated fat, so it's not hydrogenated or anything gross like that.

You could try another olive oil. Tuscan olive oil tends to be peppery. There are many varieties that are buttery and those are my favorite! Apollo and Lonestar are two nice buttery brands.
