I've been undergoing fertility treatments. I was inseminated on the 25th of Feb, so 16 days ago. My period was due two days ago and I started spotting that day. I spotted very lightly for two days and very very lightly today and now it's done. I've taken a bunch of tests (including one today) and I'm definitely not pregnant. But we know I ovulated and we know when. And my endometrial layer was thick because they were tracking it. So why wouldn't I get a period?
