I'd like to try lecithin to help prevent recurrent plugged ducts and mastitis. I understand the dosage is 1200 mg 3-4 times a day. Is that right? But can anyone recommend where to buy whatever type of lecithin is recommended for this? Capsules or granular? Straight lecithin or combined with something else? GNC? I need to order online ASAP (can't go to a shop like Whole Foods) as I live overseas and someone is bringing it to me this week. Thanks so much for your help!
