hi all, we are having our second soon! yay! at home. we have a doula who is going to come and hang out with our 3 yr old during labor, so he doesn't feel too neglected during the whole process. one of the things they plan to do together is to prepare a birth day cake for the new baby. i just learned last night that our doula is gluten and soy free. i found a couple of recipes online that they could make, but then i thought it might be easier to just have a cake mix available for them.
this namaste cake mix (https://www.namastefoods.com/shoppin...=item_list.cgi) is soy and gluten free, but calls for eggs. of course to complicate things we are vegan!
my question is, has anyone used egg replacer in this or any other gluten & soy free cake mixes before with satisfactory results?
