Is bamboo/cotton easier to knit than just cotton?

I have trouble knitting and crocheting with plain cotton yarn (like the stuff you make washcloths with) because I tend to be tight knitter.

Would bamboo/cotton blend offer more give, like wool does?

I haven't tried the bamboo blend but have knit with Lion Brand cotton ease - two shirts and a working on a dress. Knits up great/easy but not sure how material would work for washcloths.

yeah, it does give a little more. When it comes to cotton though, I am in LOVE with the cottan/modal blend from Knitpicks: Shine
