dd's just got a verruca on her middle toe and its really hurting her. she's been a bit run down recently as she's not getting enough sleep - since having ds 6th months ago her bedtime routine is totally out the window and she is refusing to go to sleep despite being tired. i'm thinking lack of sleep etc has led to this verruca, but what else causes them? nutritional deficienies? allergies? what can i do to get rid of it and prevent more coming.
many thanks.

That may be a British term and perhaps people aren't replying because the don't know what you are talking about. Maybe if you change the title to warts instead you'll get some responses. I had a few warts when I was a teen but they went away after a few months on their own. I think tea tree oil is supposed to help?

So, you are talking about warts? I got rid of my son's elbow wart by putting apple cider vinegar (ACV) on a cotton ball and then taping (with a bandage) it over the wart, so that the wart soaked up the ACV. I left it on over night, took it off during the day, then replaced it again before bedtime. We only did this for 4 nights. The wart first turns black, then dries up, then eventually falls off. It worked way better than freezing it off, which we tried first and was a very traumatic experience for ds, who was 4 at the time. He was 6 when we did the ACV.
