supplement question

Does anyone know if it's ok to take this while breastfeeding? B6/Folic Acid/B12 supplement (values are 100%/200%/16,666% respectively) I'm sure the B6 and FA are fine, was just wonering about the B12 mainly because the % is so high. The box has the typical warning preg/lactating women consulting their doc prior to taking, just thought I might get a quicker response if I posted here! thanks!

It's totally okay. The amount of required B12 is so miniscule that 100% is rare in a vitamin, because that amount is so tiny. B12 is water soluble so any excess is simply flushed with urine. You can't take too much. No worries.
