I think I need magnesium but every time I take it gives me an upset stomach. I'm taking natural calm. i've heard mag glycinate is better absorbed and easier on the gut, anyone know a quality brand?

Any thought???

I use Vital Nutrients Mg glycinate. For me, calcium always makes me nauseous!

Natural Calm doesn't jive with me either. I think all the mag glycinates are licensed from Albion Labs, so the difference would be with fillers/capsules/dosage. I have Kirkman right now because it was the cheapest and I was ordering from them anyway.

Does it have calcium? I'm with Kathy... calcium is really difficult for me to take in supplement form without having it cause some sort of gastric upset.

Could it be cause it tastes weird?

How are you with epsom salt baths?

No it doesn't contain calcium.

Bluebirdmama-I'm thinking it is the sour taste and I'm fine with epsom salt baths

When I make it up I put as little water in it as possible and then chug it back. I put water kefir in 3 yr old DD's since she doesn't like the taste. We make our water kefir with maple syrup and it is pretty yummy mixed with magnesium.
