Only ten days until my due date. I'm not counting, actually a friend pointed it out. I'm seriously not in a rush. Enjoying my time off from work, first vacation in years!

I'll be 40 weeks tommorrow. I still don't feel like it is going to be anytime soon. I have a feeling this is going to drag out.

I'm here! 41 weeks, 2 days. This is our first. I've had no practice contractions, no signs of labor... It's okay. The baby dropped about a week ago, and all else seems well.

I love seeing all of these great stories!!

38 weeks and counting! sigh...

40+5 here. But I really think my due date was more like yesterday. My belly really popped out in the last week and I am a bit uncomfortable now. Baby is still high, but this is my second so they can drop during labor, right? At least that's what I'm told. Spent the whole pregnancy freezing, and now I get hot! Hopefully, that all means labor is near! I go for a NST with the back-up midwife today and it's 5:30 am and I am awake. bleh.

Still here. 38w1d. I think it's going to be a while.

38 weeks 3 days. Started getting a lot off pressure in my pelvis the past couple days. I went into labor on my due date with my first. Midwife said there is a possiblity I could go early...but not counting on it. Can't believe the pressure though...can't wait to meet this little one. We are almost there ladies!!!

I was seriously thinking last night was the night. I lost some of my plug before bed, the baby was so low, and the contractions were strong and more in my cervix. But I am still here, very much pregnant! Tonight is the new moon, we'll see what that brings!

Don't worry mama I had NO signs with baby #2 and he was born on his due date after only 4 hours of labor

This time I have had a TON of signs of labor and no baby, including 6 hours of false labor on Saturday, we still have to empty the birth pool

hey, me too! I don't think my baby has dropped... my midwife didn't seem concerned. I do think that later babies drop during labor, sometimes... I've also been roasting the past few days. ROASTING! The weather changed, but I'm just dying of heat. I have to assume it's from hormone shifts... I was definitely cold or "normal" feeling for the rest of my pregnancy, so far.

I also am 40 weeks and 5 days today and am getting the non-stress test today!

I'm here. 41 weeks today. This is my fourth, and my latest baby was born at exactly 41 weeks (and early in the morning, so she would have already been born), so today is when I start feel a bit "late".

I'm sending my oldest off on a week-long field trip with her class today and we're all sad that she is leaving without meeting her brother. I really wish she was going to be here when baby was born, but not enough to hope he holds out until next Saturday.

I have a NST scheduled for tomorrow morning. I've been having prodromal labor for about a week, and as I type this I've having a contraction that almost gets my attention enough to make to stop typing to breathe. Almost, but not quite. I've gotten to the point that anything less than a contraction that makes me moan or scream isn't going to get my time of day. I'll believe I'm really pregnant and going to go into labor when I see it for myself. Maybe this is just a strange tumor on my belly...

My second daughter was floating high until AFTER I started pushing. She was born on her due date. Engagement before labor is most common with a first baby.

I feel you! I'm 41 weeks today, too, and every morning I wake up and say "I can't believe I'm still pregnant!"

me too on the contractions. It makes me wonder if I'll "know" when I'm in labor or not.

And as for the strange tumor situation - I've sort of felt that way, too... Yesterday I brought out the video of when Ds was a teeny newborn so I could show the kids so they had an idea of what to expect... and it reminded me that there's actually a KID in there! Everyone else keeps saying things like "I just want my baby" and I guess I've been so focused on labor and not being pregnant anymore I sort of forgot about that part...

39 weeks tomorrow. I have acupuncture twice a week to help get the "motor" preped for delivery. I really want a homebirth and don't want to have to go to the hospital for a postdates induction. After last weeks acupuncture I thought something might happen...I certainly felt hormonal and "ready to be done" for a couple of days but the surge must have peetered out cuz I've felt more "whatever/whenever" since then.

My husband is rooting for an Aries baby (he's an Aries....Aries can be so silly) My baby has been a totally mellow fellow this entire pregnancy but when I was going through a bunch of "relaxing" music I stumbled on a track that had whale songs and this baby went into overdrive....I thought he was going to breech through my abdomen. So I've been secretly thinking Pisces. Really though, I'm good with either.

I hate to say this but even though I'm getting pretty uncomfortable I think I'll be sad to not be pregnant anymore....I've enjoyed it and we are only planning on doing this once. I probably need to get to the "done" feeling place to help the process. But until then, I'm good for now!

39 weeks tomorrow.

Still here, not really expecting to have a baby until April. I am usually an overdue mama.

Yeah, I've been having that for about 3 weeks now....and I do need to stop whatever I'm doing....but now I'm actually hoping it either stops or just continues as is for at least 8 more days till the midwife returns!!!!! When this started I didn't think I'd be okay with it continuing but for this week, i DO! Even the most painful ones....I reallly really want the midwife!!!!!!

So glad you ladies chimed in. I was beginning to feel all alone.
I'm 41 +2 today.
Had some early labor that seemed promising yesterday, but today nothing.

39 weeks today. In 4 days this will officially be the longest pregnancy I've ever had. I keep going back and forth though! One minute I'm really sad I'm still pg. The next I'm at peace with it all. Soooo weird!

(I'm doing the whole, "I can't believe I'm still pg" thing right now )
