Some grains that have gluten: wheat, rye, spelt, barley
Some grains that don't have gluten: rice, quinoa (technically a berry? or a seed? I think, but classified as a grain), millet. But I just read that some of these can be cross contaminated with wheat. :/
I *think* oats are gluten free, but only if they are specificall labelled as GF. They usually are grown or processed near wheat. Some people who are gluten sensitive also react to something in oats, though, so if you are testing for a sensitivity you should cut out oats as well, at first.

But she does not react to the oats that are labelled gf. So you do have to be careful with the packaging.
