serching for dinos

I am hoping that there are parents of Dinosaur loving kids out there who read this and know what Im talking about - after tons of serching I didnt know where else to turn -- before my sons surgery a nurse brought him this brontasourus (sp) that had its name printed on the belly and he fell in love with it . He has some special needs so when he connects with something so intently I try to get it for him . I have not seen any dinos with their names printed on the underside any where . Does anyone have a clue where it came from ?

Thank you so much -- I know this is kind of silly for a toy but he loved it

Peace

Not sure if these are the same types, but Target usually has a few on their animal isle. I've also gotten them at Toys R Us as well as Michaels. Michael's usually has the largest selection and variety.

My DS is a dino freak!!! He has 3 large tubs full of every one imaginable and can tell you without a blink what is what. it still amazes me. Good luck on your search.

Schleich makes some very realistic plastic dinosaurs, with names printed on the belly - Target carries them: http://www.target.com/Schleich-99713...6&searchPage=1

Hope your son is feeling better now!

I have about a gabillion of these dinos and they've lasted through plenty of little boy love, would really recommend them too.

We have a bucket full of these too. DD loves them. Keep an eye out at yard sales too, that's where I picked up most of ours.

OT, but it still makes me chuckel. One day, DD and I were trying to figure out what one dinosaur was so she spelled out the letters on it's stomach for me......m.a.d.e.i.n.c.h.i.n.a.

Did you know that Brontosaurus is no longer Brontosaurus? It's Apatosaurus! Who knew? I certainly didn't until DS suddenly went dino crazy.
Just for fun, search etsy.com for dinosaur. Very cute stuff, including plush "hatching" dinos that you can remove from their "egg" and dino tails that attach to your pants.
