His pressure is normally like 120s/60s. Not sure about when he's stressed though. I'd have to try and capture that. No clotting issues that he's aware of.

I'm dying to see what his hormone levels are. Been thinking lately that he may have adrenal issues. I think I have a saliva testing kit laying around here somewhere...

Yeah, I'm leaning more towards a neuro issue myself.

Honestly, in my gut I feel like there's more going on with him than just migraines, anxiety, and sleep issues. Just this feeling I have. The symptoms altogether are just so weird (deja vu feeling, high blood pressure, sweating, wiped out afterwards, gets them in bed, world gets two-dimensional...). Last Friday he had 19 of those little episodes in one day. Fortunately now they've stopped and he said he probably won't have them again for another month.

Can't wait to figure out what we are dealing with. Visiting the doc tonight...

I hope the appointment went well. It sounds possible that it's seizure activity to me. But he still needs a sleep study (they'll also get good information about if he's having seizures before/after/during sleep). For those of us with other medical issues apnea just adds to the body stress. For example, if he's having seizures the lack of sleep from apnea is going to likely make those more frequent. That's beside all the other medical issues and risks apnea brings.

My dh has some "spells" himself. He was in a bad car accident as a late teen, and since then he has had something diagnosed as vasovagal syncope. I've seen it happen during times of stress, too much heat, not enough food, standing up suddenly, etc. He does have that feeling come over him, like the world is at a distance, hearing is weird, and all that. He does sometimes totally pass out though, which is the scariest part for me.

Maybe your dh has problems with low blood pressure, or blood sugar. I hope you get some answers! Hugs.
