What is happening? Strange vibrations/buzzing

This just started.

I'm 31 weeks.

It feels like the baby is breathing, and on the exhale is saying "zzzzzzz".
It is very faint, but rhythmic, and happening really low in my pelvis - almost on my pubic bone. It isn't hiccups. The 'exhale' lasts about 2 seconds.

Anyone have any clue what this is?

Could it be muscles and tendons stretching giving you a 'buzzy' feel?
I remember feeling almost electric twinges late in pregnancy, esspecially if I rolled over suddenly or got up too fast. It would usually last for a second or two sometimes longer mostly just the initial jolt of a muscle spazm is what I felt.

I remember that feeling... I think my doctor explained it as the nerves were freaking out. Nothing was wrong... the nerves were just on overload from all the changes.

I've had that buzzy feeling too! Weird!
