Tandem nursing when one is sick?

So I have a 2 week old newborn and a 2 year old. My ODD has croup right now and I'm just wondering how nursing them both, when one is sick, affects the other? Especially when he is so young. Should I be keeping one boob for each child? Or washing off my nipples in between? There's not much I can do now, as he's been exposed, but for future reference I'd be interested in knowing.

TIA!

I believe your breast provide a oil that self cleanses them so to speak. It is fine to nurse like normal when one is sick.
