I had Field Roast's Classic Meatloaf yesterday and it was so good. We sliced it and pan fried it with a little bbq sauce to make the perfect sandwich. I would love to make a similar home made meatloaf. I've tried various versions and they either didn't bind together or were too mushy from beans/lentils. I noticed that Field Roast uses Vital Wheat Gluten. Does anyone have a recipe that produces a good sturdy meat loaf? Egg and cheese additions are fine.
