I was just given this info, not a chance yet to find much on it. I've had 2 people inform me that "we that do not vaccinate" no longer have an argument for not vaccinating.

A good comment from AofA:

"These stacked court rulings don't magically negate mercury's toxicity and erase volumes of PubMed studies. They don't heal vaccine injury victims' encephalopathy, autoimmunity, gastrointestinal damage and myriad disorders, as written up in medical journal case reports and in the NVICP files."

Something to ponder at times like this:

[QUOTEBy the time the following Collier’s article was published in 1950, a campaign to warn smokers—who by then made up more than half of the American population—of potential dangerous effects of smoking was underway. Opposed to these efforts, the author argued that scientific attempts to link tobacco products to lung cancer and heart disease had failed and that the antismoking crusade interfered with needed research into more likely cancer causes][/QUOTE]

The ruling was:

Quote:
"Petitioners’ theory of vaccine-related causation is scientifically unsupportable."
Journalists took that to mean:

U.S. Court Finds No Link Between Vaccines, Autism
Not necessarily the same thing.

Maybe I am wrong, but I and hundreds of others who have passed through this board have declined vaccines for our families for reasons other than fear of autism.

I have never met a non-vaxer in real life whose reason is (only) that.

Once someone begins doing any research, countless other reasons appear. If fear of autism is someone's only reason not to vaccinate, that person has not yet begun to study the topic.

I totally agree with xmasbaby7
I didn't choose not to vaccinate because of Autism. I chose to wait because something seemed a little off to me regarding giving a little ten pounder 6 different shots/vax... in real life you will never come up against that many diseases in that form...
It just didn't feel right. And the more I read, the more I realized that there was definitely more to know and look for than autism. That was the tip of the iceberg so to speak. When I started to study immune function and how the body deals with disease, etc. Important pieces started to fit together.

I pray that we will always have a choice. For some, it really can be a matter of life or death.

Blessings,
Sarah

I would say "I've done a great deal of researched concerning these drugs and I would happy to provide it to you."

My understanding of vaccine court is that you cannot just say "my children were given X,Y, and Z vaccination and regressed exhibiting these symptoms." The parents have to say X ingredient in Y vaccine caused Z symptoms, then back it up with scientific proof.

All this ruling means is that the parents did not prove their case.

After a week now, I must say I almost find it amazing how much a person just reads a story headline and looks into it no further. I had a handful of friends ask me if I saw the news about "vaccines do not cause autism". I asked them if they actually read the verdict and none of them did. What's frightening is how many people will just go by the headline and believe it.
I agree w/ the Autism/vax thing. I actually only see a small percent who do it for that, or perhaps are starting to look into vaccines because of that, and then learn more.
