I'm thinking about getting DS (10mo) a lovey doll for his birthday- I can't believe he is going to be a year old!!! I've been browsing a little and I think this little guy is super cute and snuggly looking-

Do you think it would make a good lovey doll for a 12mo? Any other ideas?

Look cute, but not sure I would get a rattle.

The lovey we have for my DS is a monkey blankie. He was a present from my sister.

It's from Angel Dear. The blankets they have there are so soft and sweet, and I just love him. I sleep with S-Monkey when DS isn't around! You can also buy them in packs of three, so that if your son loses his, you've got extras!

(It's a good idea, in my opinion. Growing up, I had a Raffi. One day, when I was about 5, I put him in a suitcase for a 'vacation', and totally forgot about him being there. I didn't sleep for days until my parents found a look-a-like!)
