My little man is almost 11 mo and he wakes up wet every morning. By wet I mean his clothes are wet. I put a baby bee hinds diaper on him with the insert and a mother ease diaper cover. He goes to bed at about 7 pm and wakes at about 6 am. I have tryed putting the bigger insert in, but it seems very uncomfortable. I can't imagine sleeping in it anyway. He nurses all night long and I'm not sure if that is what is making him so wet or if the wetness is what is making him wake to nurse. YWIM? Any ideas?

It really sounds like you just need more absorbency. For all of my kids once they got to around 6 months old, they needed to have a behind as big as the empire state building in order to not leak at night. The best cover in the world won't contain the wetness if the diaper is saturated-- the wet has to go somewhere. And it's harder for boys, because the wetness is so concentrated all up in front.
By the time DS was a year old, he was wearing a Very Baby fitted (which is already Cadillac size) with the extra insert that comes with that, with a premium prefold inside of it, and an infant prefold inside of that, with an emormous wool soaker over top of the whole thing. My girls wore similar arrangements. I think they LOOKED like they'd be uncomfortable, but DD1 wore similar arrangements until she was three, and I think she would have mentioned it if she was uncomfortable. (DD2 and DS I wound up putting in disposables at night once they were 2, because the wetting was too much even for all that cloth.)

Make sure whatever prefolds you get are all-cotton. They sell cheapie ones that have synthetic fibers in them, and those don't work all that well. You'd be better off with ordering some real chinese prefolds. They work great and aren't too expensive-- maybe $2 each??? It's been awhile since I bought diapers, so I can't say for sure. All-cotton flats would work, too.

I don't expect my little guy to go 12 hours without a diaper change, myself. I know many mamas here do, but my guy still gets changed at least once a night. Even the most absorbent diaper I've found (Bububebe) has a limit on what it can hold, and he reaches that somewhere around hour 8 most nights. I think realistically speaking you have the choice of the HUGE butt or changing in the middle of the night to deal with the fact that cloth can hold a finite amount of liquid.
