Welcome! I have Herpes 2, so that also could have contributed to my swollen lymph nodes but I know for sure that my diet did, all that refined junk, and poor eating habits growing up!!!!!!!!! It feels good to begin to heal myself

Too much caffeine (more than half a cup of coffee) makes the lymph nodes near my ears fill up.

Thanks for the offer, but you're about 8 hours from me. It's quicker to stop at Kroger on the way home.

Some have had issues with lemon juice detoxing while nursing. The lemon juice first thing in the morning seemed to be the factor. Not sure if the olive oil might ameliorate that. But, from what I read, the lemon/olive oil is to enhance liver detox. So, use caution if ttc, preg, nursing.

heres a question about lymph nodes:

my almost 2 yr apparently has swollen lymph nodes-says his chiropractor. for about a week-but no signs of a sickness thus far. i felt where she showed me and there are some bumpy spots...

-could he be battling something and never show real symptoms?
-how long might it take for symptoms to show?
-could lymph nodes become swollen in a 2 yr old for other reasons than battling a virus of some sort?

One of the best things I have ever found for swollen lymph nodes are castor oil. I use packs (just soak a washcloth with castor oil and heat it up, apply it to the area for 45 minutes or so and it's MAGIC.) Castor oil is very well known for its lymphatic draining properties.

Homeopathic phytolacca is also an option for anything involving the lymphatic system. It may not be the best remedy for you, but it's a good bet that it will help something.

Ohhh I'm wanting to try this...my lymph nodes have been swollen since I can remember! How do you heat the cloth up?

you can nuke it, you can use the oven on warm, or you can put a hot water bottle over it. Your choice!
