Um I am not sure if this will help at all. But I had IVF and was on progesterone until I was 12 weeks pregnant.
I didn't want to throw away my meds so I offered them to a women who needed them, her dr gave her the ok and she is now 6 weeks pregnant and plans to take the progesterone till 14 weeks.
SO if the question is, will it hurt a pregnancy? No it won't. But I would still ask your OB

I know a number of people that have used progesterone. Out of these women that I can think of, some were told to use it when TTC and they started immediately after O. Others waited until O was confirmed by charting via BBT, so, waited until 3DPO...others waited until they received a positive pregnancy test.
I guess it's hard to say 100% if this made a difference, but in these 3 situations, I know happy, healthy babies that came from it as a result!
