What's for dinner? - Page 3

This thread has given me a few ideas already!

StrawberryFields I LOVE lasagne, but I always use ground beef, Im guessing with chicken instead it must taste quite different.

Today we are having couscous, some type of chicken, and mixed vegetables. Yesterday was savoury style pancakes.

Last night was eggs (fresh from our wonderful chickens!) fried in butter and goat breakfast sausage w/biscuits w/coconut oil and some red plum/apricot jam that didn't set so it's like a syrup, lol. We also had grapes and carrot sticks.

Tonight is kolaches. Both apple/strawberry filled and egg/potato/sausage/cheese. We'll have red/yellow/orange bell pepper strips and carrot and celery sticks with them.

Obviously our chickens are laying well, lol. We also had eggs for breakfast.

Our hens are laying too! I'm thinking of breakfast for dinner--maybe french toast made with some of our good eggs, homemade applesauce and ham steak. It's a cruddy, overcast day here, so I think the kids will want comfort food (me too!).
