Homemade TF noodles...recipe, please!

Is there such a thing as homemade TF noodles? I just received a grain mill and want to start experimenting, and I thought that noodles would be great to start with. We love spaghetti, and I still serve it on either regular or whole wheat noodles, but I'd love to learn how to make my own noodles. I do not have a roller, but I could probably find one for pretty cheap. What I really need is a good recipe.

Thanks!!

You could try making pasta from flour made from sprouted grains. Or you could try a sourdough type of pasta such as Pel'meni. There are instructions on the WAPF website. My husband tried making it though and it didn't turn out, but that doesn't necessarily mean much. You can find the info at http://www.westonaprice.org/Sourdough-Egg-Noodles.html.

I used ww the first time but quickly remembered I prefer the taste of brown rice pasta to whole wheat. Better the second time.

Thanks for the links, Ladies! I appreciate the suggestions!

Do you use a pasta roller or machine to make your noodles or do you do it by hand?

I have only begun making pasta but so far by hand. Was much easier to make it well in advance so it could dry on my cutting surface. I'd turn it over once and a while on my way by. Trying to unpeel all those freshly rolled noodles, to get them in the pot w/o sticking to eachother stressed me out. Extra dry ones in the pantry make me smile though!
