We are doing one meat Seder and one vegetarian. I've never done a totally veggie seder and I need ideas, especially for a main dish. Dairy is fine. Help!

Any vegetarian main dish that isn't dairy would suffice. So eggplant parm is out. I second the tzimmes idea. Roasted veggies are good. A lentil loaf, perhaps, or some other bean dish.
