I don't have an appointment to follow up about my blood work until next month (so that I can also have post ovulation blood work results to discuss), but I couldn't wait until next month to know my results so I called up and the nurse read them to me.
I was fully expecting them to show something obviously glaringly wrong, but they actually seem pretty normal, right? I've posted the normal ranges in parentheses, although I wonder if "normal" and "ideal for getting pregnant" might be different for some of these.
My total testosterone level was 45. (6-86 ng/dl)
My actual free testosterone was 3.5 (I'm unclear on the normal levels for this)
Percent free test. was .8
TSH was 1.75 (.4-4 uIU/ml)
Estrodil was 40 (25-75 pg/ml)...I wonder if this one is higher than it should be. FertilityPlus.org says that the lower the better with Estrodil.
FSH was 6.1 (3-20 mIU/ml) (< 7 mIU/ml)
LH was 4.9
Prolactin was 5.5 (< 24 ng/ml)
The nurse couldn't tell me much, except that the doctor had written "looks good" on the lab results, and something about discussing further options with me at my next appointment.
