Thanks - it really feels good to know that you noticed. It has been a very interesting and stressful and creative and faith-filled time.
The reason we were able to make our cc debt go completely "poof" right now was that DH got paid a chunk for some contract work. He has the possibility of more contracts here and there, so hopefully it will continue. It's not the same as a full-time, salaried job like he had before, but we are not complaining. It's work and it's income and (as I have learned over and over from the smart women here) we can always find a way to make do. And I am still working part-time (about 20 hours/week for the foreseeable future). I am immensely grateful for all that we have.
And what we do not have - credit card debt! Here's to never having any, ever again.
