Baby in breech position Scottsdale... HELP!!!!

Hi Ladies,

My close friend is in Scottsdale and about 35 weeks preg. Her baby is breech and I was wondering if anyone knows of a doctor who is webster certified, or acupuncturist or SOMEONE to help turn this baby! Her doc already wants to schedule a c section and damn if I'm not going to try my hardest to make that NOT happen!

Please please please respond if you have any info on anything that may help in that area.

Thank you!!!!

I live in Tucson. The last I heard, Jim Macciula (?sp) at UMC will deliver breech babies vaginally. My guess is he would try and turn them. That may not be helpful to your friend. If you can't find anyone to help turn it up there. Tell her not to schedule a c/s. Wait until she goes into labor on her own. It's always possible the baby will turn by itself and if she agrees to a scheduled section, she'll never know if it would have turned.

I just had a Bradley student who used the following resources:

Sonoran Wellness Center
Rebecca Kleckner, DC
5932 West Bell Road, Suite D-111
Glendale, Arizona
602-938-5331
www.sonoranwellness.com
Becky and her husband Bob are friends of mine. Please say Victoria referred you. They do Webster technique.

Pam DeGraff, LMT
602-291-5336
pdegraff@cox.net
Pam helped relieve pelvic tension which can keep the baby from having room to turn. She is a friend of mine as well.

Pam Wallach, Acupuncturist
602-942-4277

She also did moxibustion but I do not know who she used. I think she can get a referral for it from one of the above rederences.
