DD, 8 months, was waking every 45 min - 1.5 hours at night and needed to nurse back to sleep for the past 4 months. She showed no other signs of allergy. But I decided to do milk elimination anyway. And. It. Worked. For the past three nights anyway. She's been sleeping 3.5 hour chunks. It's been a little over two weeks since I cut out the dairy. So, is that strong evidence she has milk allergies? (Not that I'm about to start experimenting with dairy) Also, should I continue to cut out likely allergies like soy and wheat?
